1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.

2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

3. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

4. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund.  

5. Return Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

6. Final Sale items may not be returned.

7. MARAVEYA cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.

8. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
